4 Slices, Pepperoni
4 Slices, Salami
1 Cup, Iceberg Lettuce
1⁄4 cup, Red Onion
4 Slices, Beefsteak Tomato
1⁄4 cup, Pepperoncini
1⁄4 Cup, Mayonnaise
1/8 tsp, Salt
1/8 tsp, Pepper
1 tbsp, Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp, Red Wine Vinegar
2 Vinny Rolls (or roll of your choice)
Directions
1. Start by finely chopping meats and cheese
2. Add vegetables (onion, tomato, lettuce) to chopped meat and cheese and continue to cheese together
3. Once chopped, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, vinegar and pepperoncini to the top and keep chopping together while mixing together
4. Slice your roll, scoop out inside (optional) and scoop in chopped mix
